CBD RESALE POLICIES
Med Extract Oils sets forth CBD Resale Policies regarding the sale and purchase of Med Extract Oils products. These policies are part of and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies.
- MEMBERSHIP:
CBD resale customer membership allows you to purchase Med Extract Oils products for personal use at wholesale prices. Med Extract Oils will determine membership eligibility at their sole discretion. Our specialist team will vet your application for a CBD reseller account, to determine if we are compatible business partners. Med Extract Oils reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant.
- RETURN POLICY:
Med Extract Oils will refund 100% of the purchase price, plus applicable tax, less shipping, on unopened items purchased within 14 days. Partial refunds will be paid via check. Customers must contact us at info@medextractoils.com prior to returning items to receive a return authorization. Items returned without express written authorization from Med Extract Oils will not be refunded. Customers will be notified, and a refund will be issued once an authorized returned item has been received. Processing time can be difficult to predict, so we cannot make specific guarantees on refunds. Do not hesitate to reach out to Med Extract Oils if a refund has not appeared within 6-10 business days.
- DISPUTES:
Disputes regarding wholesale orders must be addressed within 30 days of the placement of the original order. Med Extract Oils bears no further responsibility after 30 days.
- REFUNDS:
Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. No exchanges will be honored unless items are defective or damaged.
- SHIPPING:
Med Extract Oils ships via UPS Ground, which is typically a 3-5 day delivery. If special accommodations need to be made please reach out to us. All domestic orders over $1,000.00 US will be shipped for free.
- DAMAGED ITEMS:
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@medextractoils.com. Please provide pictures of damaged product, if possible.
- LOST PACKAGES:
Med Extract Oils will not be responsible if tracking information shows “Delivered” and the package was not received. If the item is lost in transit and the tracking information does not indicate that a delivery was made, Med Extract Oils will perform due diligence to locate the package, and we will issue a refund no more than 14 days after your initial contact, if needed.
- CBD RESALE PAYMENTS:
Primary methods for payment on CBD resale orders are check, e-check, money order, or wire transfer. We can also maintain a card on file, and automatically run the card when purchases are made. Or contact Med Extract Oils at 844.633.6457 to manually charge a credit card. Paypal is not accepted.
The minimum order on Med Extract Oils resale is $500.00. Any buyers seeking exceptions to this policy must call.
- ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION:
I authorize Med Extract Oils and its affiliates to communicate with me through electronic mail at the email address provided to Med Extract Oils. I understand that such email may include offers or solicitations for the sale and purchase of Med Extract Oils products or services. Med Extract Oils will never sell your information to any third-party.
